1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

❌ Items purchased on final sale or during clearance events.

❌ Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ Provide order details, product images (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.

3️⃣ We will schedule a pickup via Shiprocket or guide you on self-shipping if pickup is unavailable in your area.

4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

3. Refund Process

💳 For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

💰 For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7 business days after return approval.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

6. Cancellation Policy
